class of FY-c 2005 - sweet memories of our first year

our first year class fy-c.now u know y v were so infamous.this is the day after nakshatra when v were in first year.when v got to class at 8.30 the benches were a little disorganised so vice principal koshy sir came and said that the servants were short on time because there was so much cleaning up after nakshatra.so he requested us to arrange the benches so that class can start.vice principal paranjal kelkkathe pattumo.so v decided to do a little arranging.our aim was to reach the ceiling with benches and desks in as much crazy angles as possible.some were kept upside down.some at 45 degree angles.it was a case study in geometry.
subeesh even took a nap(once subeesh decides to sleep no force on earth can stop him.once i saw him lie down on the floor in the corner of the class) .then v were all posing for photos and videos when the teacher came in.the next teacher who came in wasnt too happy with our effort

s-5 begins

what a great beginning for our 3rd yr.i got to class completely rain soaked and left after 2 hours to go to hassans sisters wedding at indraprastam.there were some 60 of us 3rd yrs at indraprastam.electrical class was almost empty

our classes hav been arranged so that theres only one 3rd yr branch(class) in one floor.guess they r trying divide and rule now.our mech class has been split into 2.our junior mech is two classes but thats because there r 120 of them.2 classes. our mech's 68 guys r gonna b split into two classes of 34 each and put in classes at two ends.1 on top floor and 1 on the ground floor.management thinks they r too much to handle in 1 class

s-4 nakshatra DAY 2 - trip to thekkady

2nd day of nakshatra 2007.until today morning v hadnt properly decided where v were going at all.every1 was home sleeping.some1 called me and woke me up.every1 met at jithu's house.ram still hadnt come and i went to pick him up.the guys said go to his house honk the horn 3 times and if he doesnt come by the 3rd 1 thiriche pore.so i went and honked the bikes horn.at the 2nd horn ram opened the door while brushing his teeth.i said im going and turned the bike around.but by the time he came running.by the time v got every1 assembled it was already too late for munnar.so v decided on thekkady.went on 3 cars fidos gypy,kishores optra and anils alto.at 10 am there were 3 cars parked in front of kuttikkanam bevco and 20 guys waiting for the shutters to open.the auto drivers understood what v were upto and called arun k.he went over there and by the time v turned around he was sitting in the drivers seat of 1 of the autos with the driver.apparently it was too sunny outside.the auto drivers were damn friendly.the highlight of the day was the pine forest.what a place.oh ya and on the way there v stopped and partied at the roadside near marian college,kuttikkanam.ammini was dancing on the road.

in an unfortunate incident baby lost his shirt and was shirtless for the rest of the trip.

on the way back when v reached kottayam kishore stopped the car at the kanjikkuzhy bridge to talk to his frnd from church.there was a cute girl with him.they were asking abt nakshatra and kishore said nobody frm our year is attending and said that we went for a trip to thekkady.she asked to where and arun k repeated "thekkady" from the back seat where me,arun k and baby all were.the girls eyes widened with shock.for some time after that v didnt understand y she was so shocked by the word "thekkady" pinneyane manassilaye that that was when she saw shirtless baby sitting by the window when arun k opened his mouth.after that v went to lourde.kishore wanted to show a priest his sound system.he got into the front seat.arun k told the priest.acha thirinje nokkalle.after 2 minutes of loud music the priest got out of the car and told me "car full A ane.pattum pinne porakilum"

poor baby.hope he brings a spare shirt next time..

after the match

after the match.sorry there was no presentation ceremony.but v did go to a nearby bakery to plan for the next days party.as usual v hadnt properly planned the trip early enough.left it too late.hassan,parunthe,ciju and many others were already in munnar.unfortunately v didnt plan early enough to go with them.right now the plan was to meet them up in munnar the next day

renegades-kottayam vs thiruvalla 3rd odi s-4 nakshatra celebrations day 1

in the 1st kottayam vs thiruvalla match, thiruvalla won.so after furious and never ending practice the kottayam team was ready for a 2nd match.in the 2nd match kottayam won emphatically.thoma was givena match ban for missing a crucial catch.he was hanging around the boundary line talking to someone and smoking 1 of srikeshs muscat cigars.he didnt even understand there was a catch coming.
so thoma is the umpire in this match.since i hav no idea how to play cricket i decided to become the 3rd umpire cum videographer.

unfortunately kottayam lost this match comprehensively.except for ajin and babay who tried hard every1 was gone for duck

note to authors

while posting a new blog entry try to add a photo or video if available.u can set the size of the photo or video.and theres a small box called labels at the bottom of the blog compose box.add laabels to the post.right now i have made 3 labels about the blog, photos and prologue.prologue is the first entry in the blog.sort of an introduction.i put that labels so that even after many entries it will be easy to find that entry.so dont type prologue as the label for any other post except if its a continuation.if u add a photo put photos as a label.if theres a video put video.if there are several labels like maybe photos and videos just type photos,videos. labels help to make a sort of index of contents.so if v label photos every time.v can find all the photos by clicking teh label photos ok?

prologue

Last night I (sharath c george) was sitting in a bus headed back home from Bangalore staring out at the rain lashing against the windows and leaning back in my seat with absolutely nothing to do.the Volvo's wiper had gone bust and when they tried to repair it at the service station for 45 minutes, they ended up fixing the wiper but busting the TV. So no TV.since i was late as usual while packing for the trip i forgot to take my mp3 player.my phone was busted too so had mom's "torch" phone which by the way was running out of battery charge.so with nothing to do i started thinking about blogging.my cousin sis had started a blog abt her kids which got me thinking.i had been wanting to blog for a long time but hadn't coz i didn't care to make an online journal abt my deepest thoughts.but then i got this idea...y not make one about our gang of friends... what v r up to,our never ending jokes and parties.i already had memories to last a lifetime from just two yrs with the best friends i had ever had or can hope to have.but i feared that memories would fade someday.so i decided on making the blog.but then came the practical problems.ours is an unusual gang with numbers reaching up to at least 70 or 80 or god knows what.no1 ever took a head count and most of the guys in all branches of our year in college hang together.though v all constantly hear everybody's stories it just isn't possible for 1 guy to blog it all.also it would be pretty lame to have just my perspective about what such a huge gang does and says.so i thought i d find a way to add multiple authors.OK so what abt stuff v want on the blog, yet don't want any1 to read.so i decided to make another blog, a sort of add on to this one which contains highly interesting,funny,controversial yet private stuff.We could add comments and links to the restricted section from normal posts so that members can access more stuff by signing in with a user id and password.sounds like a plan. With these exciting plans brewing in my mind i pull the curtains closed over the sight of an endless chain of headlights on the highway ,recline my seats with a smile and close my eyes.....
